INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
-
Wash and Peal Sweet Potatoes
Wash sweet potatoes thoroughly with water to remove any kind of dirt and mud. Peel off the skin using a vegetable peeler.
Step 2
-
Slicing
Thinly slice the peeled sweet potatoes with mandolin. If you don't have it, no worries at all. You can make thin slices with a sharp knife or a vegetable peeler. Maybe you can't get the even thickness but that's pretty okay.
Step 3
-
Mixing and Tossing
In a large mixing bowl, add Sweet Potato slices, Oliv Oil, and Salt. Toss well to make sure that all the slices are evenly coated with the Salt and Olive Oil.
Step 4
-
Prepare Baking Tray
Preheat the oven to 200°C for 30 min. Ready 2 baking trays with the parchment paper.
Arrange the sweet potato slices on the baking tray. Make sure that the slices are not overlapped.
Step 5
-
Baking
Bake the slices for 45 min. Check-in between after 10 min intervals for even baking and crispiness.
Remove from the oven and let them cool at room temperature.
Step 6
-
Seasoning
In a large bowl, toss the baked sweet potato chip with a pinch of paprika and garlic powder for extra tangy flavor.
Now serve with your favorite dip.
