Ingredients
  • 1 Lb Fresh Crab Meat (You can use the canned crabs if you're trying it in other season.)
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 Cup Whole Milk (Preffer to use fresh milk.)
  • 4 Egg Yolks
  • 1/4 Cup Grated Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Shallot (Finely Chopped)
  • 2 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
  • 1 Tsp Lemon Zest
  • 1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt (You can add according to taste.)
  • 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper (You can add according to taste.)
  • Fresh Parsley (Finely Chopped. For Garnish.)
Instructions
    Step 1
  1. Preheat the Oven

    Preheat the oven to 165°C (325°F ).

  3. Saute Shallots & Chopped Garlic

    In a saucepan, melt the butter on medium heat. Add chopped shallots and minced garlic and saute until they become golden brown and aromatic.

    In a large mixing bowl, add crab meat, sauteed garlic and shallots, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

    In a separate mixing bowl, add 4 eggs yolk, heavy cream, and whole milk and whisk until a smooth paste. Gradually pour this paste on the crab's mixture and stir gently to mix well.
